Each Miomi piece is printed and packed when you order it, so nothing goes to waste.
UK delivery
Orders usually arrive within 5-6 working days of ordering, including production. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Delays
If your order is taking longer than expected, email wearmiomi@outlook.com and we'll chase it for you.
Returns and refunds
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days after your order arrives to tell us you want to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us. Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
How to start a return
Email wearmiomi@outlook.com with your order number. We'll send you the returns address and instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, including postage.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
